It is a period. Since the numbers and texts are slanted, move them in your mind to a "straight up" since I don't have software that can make that happen or I lack knowledge to make that happen. This will cause the object in question to form a rectangle or square, neither of which is a comma and a straight-up form of this comma would no longer give it a tilting curve as a comma has and therefore make it a period.

Has this argument been provided yet? <_<

I don't remember my original stance on this, but it's clearly a period. A comma being there would make no sense.

If not obvious, these characters are far more resilient than any Pokémon.
